“I was not able to check in because the computers were down. My experience with Tru was horrible because I came from out of town to attend a special event but because of this inconvenience, I was very late attending the event due to attempting to find another hotel. A backup system should be in place for these mishaps. I had already booked the hotel and my reservations were in place, just to be turned away scrambling to find another hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!”
