This hotel is OK if you are traveling with a group of friends and are in your younger years. However, for a family of four (children between 8-11) it was a little loud at night, the walls seemed rather thin. Rooms were clean, bedlinen was clean and the bin was emptied daily. Staff at check-in were helpful and pleasent. I know this isn't a big thing but, the colour scheme of the rooms and corridors was depressing. Three different shades of gray!

Impressed that this hostel runs fully on sustainable energy. Front staff were very warm and friendly despite how busy it was. Wifi quality was great and the lobby area included diverse amenities. Glad that the bathroom and toilets were separate which allowed 2 persons to be able to use simultaneously. Only thing I'd recommend as an improvement is an extractor vent fan for the toilet.

Cleanliness of reception. Abscence of loitering at the reception and in front of hostel. Absence of smoking at the door of the hostel. I liked thd fast check in and the politeness of receptionist. Still cigarette smoke is smelled in reception.

The room have No air!!! If someone have heart problems they can be die of it. No airconditioner and No fan!!!. Room over 80 C. Finially they find a broken fan and ask for deposits!!! It is Not should on the market for people to stay!!!Staffs tell different storys!! If i could i would give 0 star!!!

Very near the train station and the river! Room is very spacious for our family. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The bathroom has towels, soap, and shower has good water pressure. All in all a good value hotel!

The evening front desk staff are very unwelcoming and should do better. I didn’t know I would share a room with men as well as women. As a solo woman traveler, that made me very uncomfortable. There wasn’t a towel provided either, that’san extra charge! Also (not the staff’s fault), the three men and one woman arrived back to the room at 3:44am and made no effort to be quiet. In the morning, they were glued to their devices and very unfriendly. Not a nice welcome to Austria but they were German. Very disappointing as most Germans are friendly.

It is mostly a hostel, but with some hotel style rooms too. So fairly basic. Breakfast was good. Location was near the train station, but on the opposite side as the main attractions in the city. Fine for 1 night.

The staff is nice and the location is near to the station. Bathroom and bed are clean and nice. The point that might be a little disappointed is there is no socket in your bed, but still a recommended hostel!

A good budget option.
Close to the train station. Convenient area but not so nice, yet within walking distance to the historic centre. The hostel is basic yet functional.

Good location close to the train station, but price was not cheap considering its a hostel and not regular hotel. Room was also without AC. In our room we missed 2 set of sheets for children beds. I could not reach staff to help with this issue because huge line of young people trying to check in (tried few times and the line become longer and longer)

Very good value for the money
I have stayed here before, and find the location nearly perfect. For a weary traveler arriving in Salzburg by train, it is only A5 minute walk. Check in is easy, and the amenities are adequate. The en-suite bathrooms were clean and well organized, separating the toilet completely from the shower area. Both areas were also very well maintained (I was placed in room 110). I looked at the breakfast on offer, and while there was an adequate selection, I had breakfast after buying items are the SPAR Supermarket in Hbf Salzburg. It was a very nice stay. I'll come again.

Super convenient to main station! Walls are paper thin, but I always travel with ear plugs so I didn’t mind. The beds are also pretty hard, so if you have a sensitive back wouldn’t recommend.

Close to train and buses Evening checked in, staff missing at front desk, slow to process then left halfway. Another staff came to finish. Ended up double charging and could not figure how to reverse. Went to bed and the staff in am knew how to adjust and refund, efficient am staff.
