“Essentially No response to messages. Costs were higher than posted because they didn’t include service charge of 125 euros. Condo is 2 miles from City Center. Property manager was never available to discuss issues with stove and returning keys. None of the other property managers returned calls. So this goes down as my worst stays during 45 yrs of world travels.”

The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details.
