The hotel is also located in a very convenient location and all the major tourist sites are within walkable distance. The only one that is farther out is Piazzale Michelangelo. We we informed by staff that it would be better to take the bus there as it is a steep walk. The room was one of the biggest one we had in Italy and there is a small loft area. Things were a bit more dusty and there were signs that the hotel had tried to modernized with the times but not completely (weirdly placed shelves, a non-functioning landline, etc).
