We had a great time at Villa Ocean Mist! Loved the quiet location, but being close to restaurants, bars, and beaches. We loved sitting on the 3rd floor and looking out at the ocean. The sweet horses right next door were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a nice place to relax away from San Juan this is a nice spot right across from Sandy Beach.

Great location

The home was perfect for our family of 5. We felt safe, comfortable, spacious and loved that we had both a pool and easy walking access to Sandy beach. Host was great with communication. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Villa Ocean Mist Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in your villa. It was very relaxing vacation since we were so close to the beach , restaurants and town. We were there for a wedding and were only 10 minutes away. We loved our breakfast at the English Rose B&B, and the last day we had breakfast at The Hornet Dorset - beautiful view.

Amazing Villa

We had the best time, our first time to Puerto Rico. We spent the first few days seeing other parts of the Island. We soon realized we loved being around the Villa, which was everything and more then it was shown to be. When we go back it will be the only place we will stay.

Wonderful House

This is an awesome house, very close to the beach. We had a lot of fun hanging by the pool as well as the rooftop bar. The kitchens are well equipped and made cooking easy. We were 3 adult couples and we had plenty of space. The house also had a great selection of beach chairs and coolers. Great vacation spot. Thank you!

One Week of Relaxation....

Our week stay at this villa was better than we could have imagined. The villa was perfect for us and fulfilled all of our needs. The bedrooms are large and all have tv's which was great for the kids. The home is located in a perfect location and restaurants and bars are walking distance. The washer and dryer are a major plus when the need arises for cleaning sheets, towels, etc. Thank you to everyone for making our vacation a memorable one!

We had stayed here before. We tried another property and were disappointed. Very happy to return here. Great improvements have been made. The new checkin is super easy. This is the perfect spot for us. We shall return.

Excellent vacation

This home is large and very well equipped! They even had a juicer that we made fresh lemonade and limeade with…. Of course with rum in it! We walked right across the street to get to the beach and enjoy wonderful sunsets! A couple of nice restaurants that are walkable and a nice bar one block away! 5 min drive to The Beach Bar where we went a couple times for drinks, appetizers, live music and beautiful sunsets!! Everything was perfect for a vacation with family and friends!

Great Family Vacation

Our family traveled from New Jersey and Florida to spend a week together to "catch up". I must say we were all impressed with the rental. It was well equipped with just about everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. We boogied board, BBQ on the terrace, played dominos and those of us yes like me just lounged around the pool and the beach. In town we visited the Artisan Thursday night event, danced at La Isla outdoor restaurant (recommended by the pool maintaince guy) and took in the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. Our family looks forward to our next gathering in Ocean Mist.

Rincon PR - The most friendly place for all

We had rental property 382916. The House was perfect for a family of 4 grankids and 2 granparents. We all had a wonderful time. The beach was but a very short walk (I think it was sandy beach) was perfect this time of the year for kids (Ages 5, 7, 10 & 12). The water was calm and perfect for kids to swim in. The house had everything they said it would have (2 bike, body surf boards). It was immaculately clean. It was on a cull-de-sac st. Things we did together: Went to Water falls park in Aguadilla (20 mins), visited the rain forest (2 1/2 - 3 hours) round trip. Visited family and spent the balance of the days at the beach and at the house pool. The pool was a little small but enough for the grankids to enjoy. The management staff was excellent and were very attentive to our needs. And when I locked the keys in the house they were quick to respond. Restuarants are a plenty in Rinco. Tamboo is a perfect restuarant by the beach with a lively atmosphere and kid friendly. I would definitely recommend and go back to this place. But for us 7 days was not enough.

Great Time at Villa Ocean Mist

I would recommend Villa Ocean Mist enthusiastically to any group that wants a relaxed, centrally located vacation. Spent 3 nights at Villa Ocean Mist with a group of friends--4 couples. The house is gorgeous and well maintained. It's steps from the beach and many great restaurants. We only needed our rental car to try out other beaches and to go to the grocery store. The house was certainly big enough for 4 couples--two couples had to share a room but we knew about that going in. There are 2 kitchens in the house, but we ended up only using the larger one on the 2nd floor. We also spent a lot of time at the rooftop bar. It's covered so when it's rainy during the day, you can hangout outside without getting wet. The house is well-equipped with things like boogie boards, umbrellas and beach chairs. The kitchen isn't the most well-equipped one I have been to in a rental but it is more than sufficient as long as you're not planning any crazy complicated feasts. The owners and property manager were responsive & provided great service. We ordered some groceries to be delivered ahead of time by the property manager--it wasn't exactly what we asked for (whole milk instead of skim, etc) but again, it was more then sufficient and was just enough to get us going after arriving on a 4AM flight.

This VRBO has everything we needed and so much more! It was clean and well stocked with towels and even hair towel wraps! WiFi worked great. There was a power outage the last night but it had a generator so we were not without power. The neighborhood was quiet but there were nice little shops and restaurants and beaches within walking.

Rincon Beach Stay

Property comes as advertised and is absolutely stunning, well equipped and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and easy access to the beach and a handful of restaurants in walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family vacation with adult children

Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants, this home provides everything you need. We had dinner and happy hours at the house- 3 dining rooms to choose from and an outdoor third story bar with a gorgeous view. The family voted to come back within two years. A memorable time!!!!

Awesome stay

Stayed here with my family for an extended weekend and we loved the place. We loved hanging out on the top level. The A/C was very nice as well. Walkable to a few restaurants and breakfast spots. The beach was very close by as well. The surf was a little too rough for swimming/snorkeling (we stayed here in December) but it was great for surfing! There was even a small rental company that had surfboards, paddleboards, etc. right there on the beach, which was very convenient.

Tropical Paradise

Property has everything needed and then some. We made fresh fruit and frozen drinks, sat rooftop, poolside and on beach. My son and I came for the surf and property is across street from Sandy Beach, walking distance from Pools and Antonio’s and 8 min car ride to Domes and Maria’s. For food and drink, Jack’s Shack, Tamboo, Kahuna Burger and Casa Islena for brunch are all short walks. Villa Ocean Mist is spacious and allows family to have private space but also space to come together as a family to play games, have meals, watch movies, etc. The property and pool are clean and meticulously maintained. When we come back, we hope Villa Ocean Mist is available for us!

We wanted R&R. We got it!

Ocean Villa Mist was the perfect place for our group of six adults to get some pure R&R after a professional convention in San Juan. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The pool and patio were like our own private resort. We loved strolling down to the beach, a block away, had having a bit at the Big Kahuna Burger. If I come back to Puerto Rico, I will definitely come back to Ocean Villa Mist.
