“It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great.”

“We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. “The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. “Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. “This is an excellent house in a nice York neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.”

“Our cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Our hostess left really good instructions and made sure we felt welcome with a personal note. The property location is absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, stores, and many shops; all within walking distance. It is a great hub for seeing the Moors, the Dales, and the Lake District. “We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed the location and the house. It’s a perfect location for us, a good sized flat, and well-equipped. The one issue we had this time was that it was late November and very cold, and the heating had not been switched on before we arrived.
