“The house was clean and I was happy with the area it was in, it was tucked away back off the main road which was nice. The host was super friendly and helpful answering questions!”

“House is super cute, has everything you need, and in a very peaceful setting. Wish we had time to sit out on the deck and enjoy the neighborhood, but we were on the go all the time. Easy access to Knoxville to drive yourself and Ubers were quick and no problem at all on game day.”

“Traveling for our son’s wedding & had a few family members staying with us. The property was exactly as described! It’s more space than we originally thought, even parking. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. Home was clean, neighborhood quiet & close to everywhere we needed to go for our celebration. Would definitely book home again!”

“This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4...
