“The staff was friendly. The lobby bartenders were great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was decent size, and appropriate for the number of rooms. The hotel was in a great location! You could walk to the beach or to 5th avenue where many of the restaurants are. You could also walk to the ferry terminal to go to Cozumel. For the price paid, the property had great value and we would definitely visit again. The property isn't all inclusive for everyone and you have to opt in to a certain……

“In all honesty, the resort in entirety made up a wonderful vacation. From the point of pick up from Lomas at the airport, to each staff interaction, to the unfortunate proceeding of the end of our trip. Each and everything about our stay was wonderfully executed. We are very big about food and this resort did not disappoint. There are so many options for everyone’s taste; from little snacks of tacos and nachos to full gourmet restaurants. The chefs did not disappoint, and the service and bar……

Not a large resort, priced a bit more, beach area was Ok. excellent snorkelling nearby at Puerto Morales. Appreciated the quality experience.”
