“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Many staff only did the bare minimum. Rowdy guests were allowed to annoy other peaceful guests. The enthusiasm and energy was lacking. Food left much to be desired. Most concierge and excursions staff were passive in their approach to offerings.”

“Staff very friendly, restaurants are very good. But buffet is not great, always the same menu. The rooms are very far from the buffets. Not much happening around the pool, not even tv for the World Cup. Other all inclusive I stayed at have little snack bars around the property and by the pool and always cooked something next to the pool. Not the staff issue, they get five stars”
