This resort exceeded my expectations. The facilities and service were exception.
The staff were very nice. My husband and I had a great time at this Hotel. The food was really good and we met so many couples that they keep coming back to that hotel. I highly recommend it.
From the minute we stepped foot in the lobby of The Royal Suites, we were in paradise. The junior suite we stayed in was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the bar was nicely stocked, the staff paid close attention to all details, the pools were beautiful, the beach was gorgeous, and the ...
I've been here 4 times now, and love the property, staff are amazing and very welcoming & always willing to do whatever possible to ensure you enjoy your stay. Pricing is excellent
The hotel was great, friendly staff, great food, clean and ample facilities. Only complains about the resort was that the wifi in the room didn't always work and there was a shortage of electric outlets (one by the bed, one in the bathroom and two for the tv and minibar).
We had a wonderful stay with friends at the Royal. Service was great. The restaurants were all good. Check in and out was quick.
We stayed in this hotel 7 years ago and they've expanded the resort and it looks great. The beach was wonderful and the water was clear.
My boyfriend and I visited this hotel last week for 5 days and 4 nights, but it actually ended up being 4 days because my transportation scheduled a really early departure time. Despite my transportation basically stealing our entire morning, our stay absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful and ...
As soon as our group arrived we we're greeted with refreshments and where to go check in... the resort is huge.. please keep in mind there are 3 sections of this resort.. we stayed at the adults only section (the hideaway) but the main pool where most of the restaurants and events are held will have ...
I had a great experience at this hotel the food was always amazing (except in the Asian restaurant) it wasn't bad but it wasn't up to the standards I expected after eating in the other restaurants. The room was large, bed was extremely comfortable. They were constantly cleaning the grounds and the ...
The hotel is great, its relaxing and everything you get from the menu is ok to great. The food takes a bit long to get prepared but its worth the wait. Right on the beach, with great service also on the beach and pool areas not only in main restaurants.
Love everything about it. With just below 300 rooms, their service excellent. The Resort was well kept, love the beach a little small, some weeds but they took care of it, most of all no rocks. Love our floor concierge, knew us by name and provide the best service we could ask for. Love the shows, ...
This hotel was very beautiful. It is very big so make sure you like walking. Our room was right on the pool and it was very nice to be able to swim right from our room. The bed was a bit hard and the room needed a few updates but it was clean and spacious. The food was good and there are lots of ...
However, hotel staff need to inform their guest better. We arrived and no one told usthay for certain restaurants we had to make reservations. They close restaurants and clubs way too early! The food sometimes needed more seasoning. They never change the towels for the five days we were there. Aside ...
This hotel is only 20 mts from the airport. About 50 minutes or less to Cancun or to playa Del carmen. The hotel has a nice taxi service that wait for you until you're done with whatever your doing so you feel secure. But the Cancun and surrounding area are all good areas. I don't think it's dangerous ...
Had a great experience at hotel., staff very friendly, the only complaint that I have is that taxy service is EXPENSIVE !!! They have a set rate but if you pay in dlls they take your dollar @ 13.pesos !! Charged me 35.00 dlls to drop us off st puerto Morelos which is only about 15-20 minutes.
I recommend the Walkout suite, this way you have access to The Royal across the street. If your American its hard to communicate with most of the staff at Gran Porto, at the Royal it was Much ,Much better communicating. Right after we checked in, Which was fast and easy with the Royal Package, we ...
We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach sand and ocean are perfect to relax or do a water activity. The adult pool is large and swim up bar was key. The only thing we think needs improvement is the food. we stayed at sandos finisterra last year and the food was top notch so we were hoping for same ...
