What's not to love about this hotel. The staff and welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The free breakfast has lots of great choices and even the coffee is great! We enjoyed the patio in the evening, sitting around the lovely fire table and sipping on our favorite drinks. The pool and hot tub were also great although a bit small, but still absolutely spotless. It's not our first time and will not be our last!
I really only have 2 small concerns, the first is the pool was too full which, when kids were in there the pool skimmer covers would come off and i saw one small kid fall into the skimmer, the second was no supports holding up the mattresses. The box spring fall off the frame and i almost rolled right off the bed and it was like this on both beds.
It definitely isn't "soundproofed" as advertised. I heard noise from both outside, and the hallway. It is "suburban" as advised though, so the noise wasn't so overwhelming I couldn't sleep. Overall I'm happy, & wound both recommend, & stay again.
We travel with a service dog for our diabetic granddaughter. The staff was incredibly accommodating on room selection -first floor end of hallway to ensure a noise free environment for us and other guests. Would definitely stay again if our travels take us to the area. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

We reserved a room with one king bed or one queen bed. They switched our reservation after seeing we were a gay couple to make us stay in a double bed room. The front desk agent said to us that we either take it or leave the hotel. Terrible customer service and will never stay here again because of that front desk agent being homophobic.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Victor, NY. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. One of the best nights sleep in quite a while. Staff were great. Would definitely stay there again.
They closed the pool area early and wouldn’t open it for us when I asked and mentioned that it was closed early. Everything else was great but we specifically chose that hotel for the hot tub so we were disappointed in their willingness to accommodate.
The staff was great, all the desk clerks we spoke to were very helpful. The property was very clean. The only negative was that our trash wasn't emptied and towels replaced. But, they did leave us a note stating that due to staffing they weren't offering stay service.
The check in was abrupt and curt …
Felt we were disturbing the employees…
Room was dirty
Shower was broken and leaked water all over the floor
Accessibility room..
had what I think we’re supposed to be electric blinds.. they were broken and unable to fully close unable to sleep past sunrise …
many bugs located in the room .. Asian beetles many stink bugs as well… stayed for two nights with pre paid room and hotel was unable to move us .. because of the RBC/expedia booking .. or so we were told…
Breakfast was ok
The closet didn't have verticle space for hanging a coat, skirt or dress, etc. - only a couple hooks on the outside which could only accommodate one hanger that left coat dragging on the floor
Our stay was lovely - other than staff standing right in the entrance doorway outside SMOKING! There was no escaping it - this happened both of our stays. I do NOT like to smell like cigarette smoke at any time, so this was upsetting.
My family and I had a great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The commentary breakfast was very good. If I was going that way again I would stay there again. I would give 10 out of 10
