We spent a night for a little getaway and so our kids (age 12, 9, and 3) could swim. Everyone had an awesome time! All of the kids enjoyed the water slide, our oldest played basketball in the pool for hours, the toddler area was perfect for our 3 year old. Staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Fun pool area for the kids . However the hotel overall needs updates. Most definitely new room doors. I woke up thinking someone was in our room but they were just outside in hallway by our door. Needless to say it scared me and I didn’t sleep well the remainder of the night . The walls in room were awesome but all the noise level cam from doorway. It’s a quite older hotel that’s been updated over many years but needs another.

Our neighbors were up partying with loud music all night. We have a 5 year old who was having a hard time sleeping and we didn’t get any sleep ourselves. The pool was over capacity the entire time. Our daughter couldn’t enjoy the pool as kids were swimming into her and throwing balls at her. It was just not an enjoyable time throughout the whole stay.

The room and service was amazing. I know the hotel can't do much on other guests staying there but we just felt very uncomfortable being stared at and hearing very disgusting and inappropriate noises coming from a group of people while at the pool. We also saw a mother lock her kid in the hotel room by themself. She held on to the handle so he wouldn't get out. I know much can't be done on that.

Dog barking and whining in the middle of the night for over an hour. Pets should be kept in rooms that contain the noise better and down a hall with fewer guests. Lots of upkeep needed....holes, gaps in caulking, etc. Breakfast had great variety including some grab and go options. Good price point. Didn't have time to use pool but it looked great.

I liked the water features. Even though I did not swim I do have young ones that would enjoy them. Finding the room was kind of confusing. The room smelled as though it was a smoking room. Smoke affects me adversely.

Stayed for medical appointments during the new year, which was unfortunate in itself, but the holiday cough was rough. Nothing staff could really do too much about but overall just an average stay for us. Tried not to have housekeeping regularly so that old focus on other guests, but when I did request once they did not end up coming initially, and then about an hour and a half later we decide we would just request towels and let it be. Pool towels were out one day and the hot tub was shut down one day. Doors to pool area were always open, which made pool area colder, but it wasn’t all that bad.

Overall nice property to stay. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Pool area looked nice but we didn’t use. Staff excellent! Liked there was a bar behind the property to walk to. The room had box elder bugs in it so that needs to be addressed before we would stay again.

I did 4 stars on the facility due to my lamp on the desk not working and the heater not working properly. However, the staff was prompt at getting everything fixed and very frendly. I will be staying here again my next trip to Rochester.

There was nothing about this hotel that was good. No tv remote in the room, no sheets got pullout bed, room was beat up and dirty. Pool area was freezing. Hot tub didn't work, we were told it would be working in the evening so we made sure to be back in time to go use it and of course it wasn't working. Had to go up to the front desk to get out remote and sheets, they wouldn't leave the desk. Overall one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Only booked brcause of the pool and of course that was a dissapointment. Don't waste your money.
