The room I wasn’t clean. Tv did not work, they took one from the lobby. Furniture had stains. When it rained water poured from the window and wall to the point we had to change rooms but the window leaking continue. New room was by far more dirty, furniture and walls stained. Paint peeling from the ceiling. Massive cracks in the wall. Bed bugs in multiple rooms. Our room key consistently deactivated so we would have to go to the desk, sometimes more than one in a night, to reset our keys to enter our room. The staff was nice but the property was terrible.

Overall its a good place to stay with good access to highway and nearby amenities. Need to do some updating to the rooms including the addition of some USB ports. Also need to add some umbrellas for the pool area.

The staff, especially, Mikey was extra special!!!! My sister passed away and they let me use the board room to plan the funeral. Overall, the manager, Patrick, Paul, & Mikey all deserve a gold star!!! I plan to ask my relatives to use this hotel! Thanks for taking care of me during my loss.

We had bed bugs in our room. We were promptly given another room but this room was horrible. The paint was peeling off the walls and the ceiling had a crack. The tv was small and old and there was old scuff marks on all of the walls. We were told by Expedia and the hotel we would get a refund and that never happened. I will not stay here ever again. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!

The room was a bit dated and not thoroughly cleaned. There were streaks all over the desk and pet hair on one of the beds. Staff weren’t super friendly but also weren’t rude. Good location and close to everything.
