“Quiet place to spend some time relaxing.”

“It was a great little getaway with wonderful accommodations!! Has everything you would need and more. Very clean and comfortable!! The host was great as well!!”

“The cabin was clean and so perfect. It was pet friendly which was nice since we were traveling with dogs. There was a playground on the property and my 5 year old loved it. I loved walking the property with my morning coffee. It was so peaceful and serene. I was greeted by 2 people telling me where my key was and that it was ready. We walked into the heat on and it was so warm and cozy. We all slept so good. We loved the cats and Oreo. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ”

“I enjoyed the cabin and how peaceful it was. Will rent again. Thank you.”

“The cabin was cute and clean, and the resident cats and dog were so sweet and friendly! Everyone working at the ranch was friendly, welcoming, and always available. We enjoyed the games in their basement/gameroom, and appreciated the proximity to Ava, while still being out in the country, giving us the country stay we were wanting to have. We loved that we were able to bring our cat along for the trip, and she seemed to enjoy the views from the cabin as much as we did. We will definitely...

“I was happy with the stay and the surroundings of the cabin. Very peaceful.”

“A”

“The house is very nice and close to the things we wanted to do. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Ava area.”

“Cozy home and pretty view. Owners make the most of the space available and although close to other homes, it still feels somewhat private. The walkway down to the river is not easy, but once you’re down, it’s a good spot to wade and relax in lawn chairs.”

“I had a positive experience at the Village of Hope cabins on my visit. The host and staff are friendly and welcoming, answering any questions I had. The cabins were clean and well maintained, making the stay easy and enjoyable.”

“Great people great place”

“The property was beautiful. We appreciated the large house, dining area, living room and porch. However the house was very cluttered, dusty, and the pool table room was not usable. The location was perfect for us for visiting family and floating on the river. Communication with the owner was good. We had to use some bug killer for wolf spiders. Definitely not a place for everyone.”

“We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!”

“This house was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. The Hosts (Steve & Sherrie) go above and beyond, they are very welcoming and friendly. Communications could not have been quicker or more helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking in the area.”
