“So going in I knew that there was not going to be any hot water and still I stayed. I was told at the front desk that I would be getting 20% discount. Since I had paid with Expedia I would have to get it back from them. When I called they said no I had to get it from Super 8. Needless to say it’s a classic he said she said and I know I will not see my discount. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t not make the bed between the 2. Some of the furniture was so stained up we were afraid to sit down.……

“Would like to see the entire room carpeted. Did not like walking on concrete floor”

“Unique rooms, each one styled differently. Easy check in via email-they send door code. Didn't have daily housekeeping but fine not having someone in the room when we aren't there.”

“Breakfast was super lacking could of been better just cereal and bananas thats it. But that wasnt even the worst of it we got their an older lady in her 80s was sleeping in the foyer on the couch (weird right?) so we go to bed next morning she still on the couch (again super weird) then i heard a someone fall and start screaming for help it was the ole lady i asked the manager are you going to help her? He told me his daughter had a room and just left her there!! So after about 30minutes i……

“Staff made me wait in the rain for service. Sheets and pillow cases were very gross looking and stained, towels were not well-cleaned (I found hair in them) and there was hair in the shower. Overall the worst hotel experience I've had in Branson, even at that price point.”

“This was a very nice resort! The rooms are clean and big. We loved the big fridge/freezer. The bed was so comfortable. They offer lots of activities even though we missed all of them because we were gone so much. They have a great game room. And they also have games outside. The pool and hot tub were clean. We loved it! ”
