“I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.”

“My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

“The room was very, very small. The only sink was for kitchen use and for bathroom use. There was no dishwasher. The bed had a mattress from 2005 and was extremely uncomfortable and the sleeper sofa was not pull out but was the type that the back clicks down. We loved that it was walking distance to great restaurants...Bridge Tender, Cerviche, Fish House Grill and the Bagel shop.”

We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. “This was the perfect place for my family of 3. Great location. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, river and fun little surprise of the farmers market on Dock street Sunday morning. There’s so much to do downtown and this property was so convenient. It was very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable with soft bedding. The host was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay at this property next time we visit Wilmington.”
