“We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. “Our stay on the Wilmington Riverwalk was delightful. The condo was perfect. Comfortable, clean, stylish and so convenient to everything Wilmington has to offer. We loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee watching the river and the people going by and really enjoyed the choice of restaurants only a short stroll away. We will definitely choose to stay again at the condo on the Riverwalk. ”

“Our stay was great! Easy to locate, accessibility to beach and other area activities was easy. The property managers were highly communicative and engaged at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was there were gnats in the room. Not an infestation, in fact only a few, yet enough to be bothersome.I would definitely stay at this property again.”

“We loved this property! Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the cleanliness and it was very well-appointed. Had what you needed and it was nice that the ice cube trays were frozen and ready to go. This is across the street from the pathway between the properties that leads you to the beach. From our deck you can view the ocean between the properties across from ours.*Note: The elevator description mentions accordion door and how to use it. There is no such thing. “Curt and Ada's place was great for my wife and I to get away for several weekdays. The home was spotless, organized, and just perfect. Curt and Ada were awesome hosts, answering questions before we arrived and included personal touch to their local recommendations (by message and a book in the living room). The view was great, weather was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better time. Thank you Curt and Ada!”

“Fantastic location with terrific views from the balcony. Clean, bright and cheery condo. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Well-equipped too! Greatly appreciated the baby/toddler items (high chair, pack n play, games, etc.), as well as the supply of paper products. A wonderful time was had by all!”

“We had an amazing time. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. We were in walking distance to all the homes we toured. We walked the river walk every night. A beautiful condo. Our first time visiting. We will definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“Great condo for a three generation vacation ”

“The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower… that was amazing. ”

"Me gusto todo el cuarto la decoracion especialmente piscina es hermosa tiene luces de colores que la hacen ver diferente lastima que la sierran muy temprano. El personal de enfrente es muy amable la persona que me ate dio cuando llegue es muy amable. pero el personal de Limpieza nesecita ser mas amable por esa razon no pedi servicio de Limpieza."
