“Smooth process to book and access property. Living area was fine the bath area is outdated and floorboards need deep clean. Parking great for protecting vehicles may need to be assigned. One pool going to beach was clean the other not at all. Location fabulous.”

“Wish it had white sheets and the room seemed a little dirty. Amazing area sooo close to the beach in a non crowded spot. Convince store near by and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A long walk to the pier but a short uber to get there. Pool was also a nice area to hang out at night.”

“I was not able to find the contact information for the owner as a couple of things did come up during my stay. One was the elevator button for the 1st floor did not work. I did not take my suit case up as a result and just took what I needed for my stay up by hand. I was only staying a few days so no big deal. The other concern I had was that the laundry room was clearly identified other than that is was on the 3rd floor. I never found it but I was able to do my laundry where my family was……

Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly when we reached out about towels.Initially, only one towel was provided for two guests over two nights. Additional towels were brought after we asked, but no washcloths were provided. Kitchenware is minimal — just two coffee cups and no utensils — and the only sink is in the bathroom, which can be inconvenient for washing dishes. This wasn’t an issue for……

“Alan was our host and was very quick to respond to my questions. We planned a last minute get away ,check in was @ 3pm and check out was 10am, so the price was reasonable but did not offer a late check out. Take extra linen if you are staying more than one night as it provides limited linen, you have to empty all of your trash and strip the beds before leaving so with all of the little extras you have to do I feel either lessen the price or maybe a later check outAfter speaking with Alan post my……
