"Almost impossible to drive to hotel due to pedestrian streets closed to cars. Once we arrived, Flavio at the front desk took over parking in the hotel parking lot. Bar excellent. City charming. Take the boat tour."

"Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."

"The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff ..."
