“The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. ”

“The Delfin hotel was over the top. The staff treated us so well. The room was always kept cleaned beautifully. All staff went above and beyond. The person that stood out the most was the young man that was the bus boy. I am a little hadicapped and walk with sticks, he came to me several times and asked me if I required any assistance. He was a true young gentleman, i apologise for not remembering his name. He would be the numbr one reason I would stay at Hotel Delfin again next trip. This……

“From start to finish the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Hosts were also amazing and were on top of everything, requests were handled with a quick response. Suite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean, balcony was a bonus. The neighborhood is just outside the tourist zone but very walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Be kind to the stray cats and dogs, feed them if you can, they are part of the charm. ”

The view from the rooftop pool was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. One opportuinty for imporvemtn would be the furniture in the room.
