The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff were so kind. The staff was not often on site but was highly responsive and they were able to hold our backs before check in and after check out, so we could enjoy a little extra time exploring Rome. Location was very close to the train station. Also appreciated that they had good workong A/C.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and all the things you look for in a hotel. The only thing I personally didn’t like was having a physical key to the hotel and room. I wish it was digital, one less to carry around but even then still give this place a 5 out of 5 since that is just a personal preference.

The location literally cannot be beat. 5 mins walking from the train station, 10-15 mins walking from trevi fountain & coliseum. Beautiful view of the street below and the opera house across the street. Very clear instructions to find this place and check in. Room was clean, updated and modern, and air conditioning was great. Absolutely will stay here again next time we come to Rome.

Excelente estancia.

It was close to a small grocery store and a delicious gelateria. The room was small, but cozy and the communication was good. The AC worked very well and it was surprisingly quiet at night even though it is in the middle of everything.

It's a good hotel—the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from Roma Termini. To get around, you can take the bus; there are several stops, most of which are a 2- to 4-minute walk from the hotel. There’s a lively atmosphere with restaurants all around the hotel. At first, I was worried about the noise, but at bedtime the area is quiet. The only thing that could be improved—or something to keep in mind—is that if you try to take a shower at the same time as the person in the room next door, it’s hard to get hot water, so you have to wait until the person next room stops using the shower. A good option to consider for your trip

No one is on site or available by any means of communication after 7pm until 10am each day. We found our bedding stained and covered in hair our first night. My wife and I slept under bath towels. The covers were replaced the next morning, despite our trying to reach out earlier. No compensation was offered.
