Available Laundry room, free to use! Friendly, helpful staff. Private parking lot: just download app, book length of stay, can come and go with no hassle! “No receptionist to speak with directly at the property! By phone the lady just kept telling me she had emailed me my information for the code to access to the building & my room & would not provide me the information. I waited an additional 3hrs to resolve this issue. The floors looked like they had survived a flood & smelled just as bad! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures!
