"Always stay here when we are in Cambridge. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. Positioned a little outside the centre, it’s a lovely walk across fields to town. This means it’s not as expensive as other hotels in the area, but you get excellent, quiet comfortable rooms- larger than lots we’ve paid more for. Would recommend wholeheartedly."

"The staff was very nice and helpful, and overall the building and room were clean. For some reason they put me in an accessible room, which I did not request nor need. Since it was an accessible room, the bathroom was outfitted for accessibility, which made it a bit awkward and a little bit of a pain to use as someone who doesn't have accessibility needs. Additionally, the bathroom wasn't as updated or clean as it could have been. Due to the layout, there was a ton of water damage, mold, and warping on the door and along parts of the floorboards. The breakfast is given in the dining hall, as it's campus accommodation. It was cool to see and the walk over was beautiful, but the breakfast itself left much to be desired."

The staff's reaction was incompetent and seemed to reveal a complete ack of Fire awareness or training. No attempt was made to reassure visitors, ensure that everyone was accounted for or inform them that it was a false alarm. Restaurant staff were helpful and attentive."

"Great location, we used the Castle Hill car park, that was a 15 minute walk, but cheaper. Before going, I checked that I could leave our baggage in reception and the response was quick and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious for the three of us. All the extra’s, like body wash, shampoo etc smelt lovely. Nice to have decent toilet roll. Loved the kitchen with the dishwasher, fridge & coffee machine. Would definitely stay again."
