“Did not stay at the King's Arms. Was told by the telephone that they had a shower inthe room. Was no shower in the room, just a bath. As a family room was most certainly not safe as as a family room. Dangerous metal staircase up to double bedroom. Metal poking out and loose exposed wires upstairs. Would not recommend the Kings Arms. Asked the manager for full refund as room not suitable or as explained/ advised. Did not except this and was only given half 2 nights refund. Not happy at all and……

Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel.
