I can appreciate remodeling a home in an older maybe less desirable neighborhood and have no issues with renting the property to help with the costs. "Beautiful property and clean and well stocked. Close to Ohiopyle which was helpful. Just note that there is minimal cell phone signal and so it made checking in tough and lost signal to the directions to the house. Print out all directions ahead of time."
