“Absolutely disgusting experience and even worse customer service afterward.
After traveling all day, we stopped here because we were exhausted and needed somewhere clean to sleep. When we pulled back the bedding, the sheets were FILTHY—not simply stained, but visibly dirty/soiled. One area even appeared to have BLOOD on it. We had to go downstairs THREE times for replacement bedding, and unbelievably, some of the “clean” replacement linens were dirty too. We spent about 45 minutes dealing with……
