Excellent Stay!

The grandkids and I had a wonderful stay, though it was only overnight. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made grandma VERY happy! We had a wonderful night's rest. The kids were super excited to see breakfast had a waffle maker!

As with most every Best Western Hotel, this one, too, was very good, which is why I value being a rewards member. I want to compliement the woman who checked me in upon my arrival. After I got to me assigned room, I found that there was a problem with the televison. When I walked back to tell the same woman, she left the front desk where there didn't seem to be another employee, to come to my room. She seemed to be aware of a common problem as she immediately pulled the electric cord out and then put it back in. Within a few minutes the televison was working. All the other room amenities were in good working order. Breakfast offerings were very good and check out quick and easy. The young woman who checked me out was exceptionally friendly.
