I just stayed here for a night and had a good experience. The room was clean. The gym seemed decent. They have free breakfast. Parking lot was easy for a truck. The staff was nice. Overall a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

The breakfast menu was terrible, the rooms look they cleaned everything with the same Clorox wipe, we had no fresh towels. We were charged double normal prices because of a softball tournament in town and for that kind of money I expect top notch and it was bare minimum.

Room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was very good. What kept me from giving an excellent review is that the TV did not work, only decaffeinated coffee in room, and water for shower was barely warm enough to shower.

It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me.
