Dear Merle, we are very sorry that we have not been able to meet your expectations. We currently have more than 100 Ukrainian refugee families and living in the hotel for three months, they download many series and movies and it is true that perhaps the wiffi is a bit saturated, but we have already spoken with our IT department and it is being fixed. On the other hand, the issue elevator was a one-time event and we are very sorry that it caused you so much inconvenience. Regarding our location it is true we are 19 km away from Barcelona, this is clearly advertised on our website and third parties. We sit near a train station were you can reach Barcelona within 30 minutes.
