A very good hotel, rooms are not large but everything inside them is super modern and very comfortable. Nice pool, good food both for breakfast &dinner, spacious free parking inside. Reasonable prices. Very good service! Highly recommend

The hotel is very pretty modern style with tons of upgrades. Rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and polite. Loved everything about this hotel! Highly recommended!

Lovely stay

Lovely, clean and relaxing hotel outside of the beautiful beaches of Sabaudia. Very accommodating staff, beds are super comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast, lots of sweets and few healthy options.

This property is overrated, it is of course nice and new but it does not offer services and amenities as a 4-stars hotel. We got very poor information at check-in. Bar service is extremely disorganized and very expensive, conscious of what they offer.

Ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Wir hatten diese SPA-Unterkunft gewählt um etwas zu entspannen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, dennoch waren im Zimmer Duschgel und Shampoo leer. Dusche war an den Bodenrändern mit Schimmel befallen. Am nächsten Morgen reklamierten wir das und baten es nachzufüllen. Erst am dritten Tag und nach erneuter Reklamation folgte die Befüllung. Nach der ersten Übernachtung, waren wir unterwegs. Als wir am Abend ins Hotel zurückkamen, wurde eine Geburtstagfeier auf der Terrasse des Hotels, mit DJ bis in die Nacht gefeiert! Schlafen unmöglich. Am vorletzten Tag lief in der früh erneut laute Musik mit Trommeln, Gesang, Geschreie, sämtliche Ritualien, Weihrauch und seltsame Menschen, die sich im Hotel aufhielten. Es lief durchgehend, so dass wir es gegen 13 Uhr reklamierten. Der Hotelmitarbeiter sagte er müsse es nachprüfen und meinte dass es sich um Arbeiten handeln würde. Er kam nicht mehr zurück und das Ganze lief weiter. Gegen 19 Uhr lief weiter Musik, so dass wir uns entschieden haben, die Hotelanlage vorzeitig zu verlassen. Ein weiterer Hotelmitarbeiter entschuldigte sich und bestätigte uns, dass es sich um Hotelgäste handelte, die Rituale durchführen (von wegen Arbeiten). Wir verließen somit verägert die Anlage und waren mitten am Abend in einer fremden Stadt, ohne Unterkunft, so dass wir anschließend eine teurere Unterkunft in Rom buchen mussten. Saunanutzung kostet extra. Essen ist absolut überteuert.

Molta forma, poca sostanza e tanta presunzione...

Cominciamo dalle cose positive: struttura nuova, plastic free, camera piccola ma confortevole. Ma qui cominciano le pecche che in un hotel a 4 stelle stonano alquanto: manca un porta valigie, anche pieghevole, per non doversi chinare a terra per svuotare o riempire le suddette. La camera, posta al piano terra con affaccio sul giardino, manca completamente di privacy, poiché quasi attaccati alla portafinestra ci sono i lettini della piscina, con annessi clienti ad ogni ora. Impossibile godersi un po' di fresco o aprire la finestra, che doveva restare chiusa e con le tende tirate. Il secondo mattino lo spruzzo del sistema di irrigazione arrivava a bagnare anche le due inutili poltroncine poste appena fuori alla suddetta finestra. La piscina, poi, è molto più piccola di quanto non appaia in foto e non ci sono ombrelloni, tranne uno, accanto ai lettini, per altro privi di tettuccio. A parte due olivi che ombreggiano, si rischia un'insolazione sdraiati sui, pur comodi, lettini. Colazione buona per quanto riguarda la parte dolce, ma inadeguata per la parte salata, con una generale disorganizzazione (cappuccino che arriva tiepido in ritardo, piatti mancanti sulla credenza, prosciutto finito dopo 10 minuti e non riassortito)... Inoltre uova strapazzate e frittata spezzettata non sono la stessa cosa... E non mi si dica che non ho fatto presenti, con moltissimo garbo e gentilezza, alcune problematiche alle cameriere, che rispondevano solo con un rassegnato sorriso... meglio di niente..

Mange restauranter har åbenbart lukket om tirsdagen, så vi kunne ikke spise på hotellet, og de fleste restauranter i byen var også lukket. Man skal ha bil for at komme rundt. Ellers et helt vidunderligt hotel. Skønne værelser, dejligt poolområde og den bedste morgenmad.

Hotel in fase di avviamento

Albergo appena aperto, la spa non è funzionante e la piscina di dimensioni ridotte. Servizio e personale molto gentile, stanza bella e pulitissima.
