Upstairs, large living room with lounge area, open kitchen and dining area, large mezzanine. En-suite master bedroom with queen size bed (160X200), bathroom, toilet and dressing room. A bedroom with double bed (140X190), a toilet and a shower. One bedroom with two single beds (90X190), a toilet area and a large bath. Two WC in the living room. A large mezzanine hosts a work area with desk and an extra bed for 2 people (2 single mattresses -90X190-).

Sheets rental: 10 euros per bed.
Towel rental: 5 euros per towel.
Option beds made on arrival: 30 euros.
A deposit of 2000 euros (check or cash) will be requested on arrival at the premises and returned (if no degradation found) no later than 7 days after the departure of the tenants.
