“My friends and I stayed here for a hot weekend. We loved the location, the cleanliness and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and serving platters. We emailed about the back screen door losing its screening and they got right back to us and offered to come out and fix it but we told them to do it after we left so I think they are on the maintenance. ”

“Our stay was wonderful - we had two families of 4 with kids ages 1-4 years old. Our favorite amenity was the heated outdoor shower that we used daily to rinse the sand off the kids and all their gear before entering the house. The private beach access and proximity to new Buffalo restaurants was our reason for booking and we will most likely be back next year. ”

Beds were comfy and the cottage was nice with good drinking water (not well water).Only issues were no door directly to the backyard (so you still have to leash the dogs to let them out), no hand rail on the stairs (my mom couldn't safely stay here), quirky design (shower door blocks the towel rack when open) and the lighting challenge of an older home (no light switch in main……

“From the moment you enter the area and pull up to the cottage, you know you made the right choice. You can tell this property has been recently updated with care. Everything looks new or almost new. There is a private King bedroom with master bathroom, 2 good size queen bedrooms with a couple of pull outs. The queen bedrooms are close to a second bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious, the dining room is cozy and the kitchen has everything you would want for a trip like this. This……

“Nice and relaxing! Everything we needed for the week. Kids loved all the activities in the garage. Lots of beach time….quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Spent most of our time in the screened in porch area when at the house. Highly recommend!”

“The perfect cottage for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. The cottage is comfortable and feels roomy, and the garden is charming with several areas to relax. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend!”

“The cottage was very cute and clean. The property was actually bigger than we expected. We used the fire pit and the kayaks. It was close enough to town but still felt secluded and private, our son enjoyed having space to run around and be outside. We would highly recommend this property. ”

“Spent 4 nights with my son and a few of his friends as a last summer hurrah. The place is very clean (appears new) with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus for a towel load. I wish you could open windows (beyond the master bedroom) the A/C units prevent this. We also had flies which was irritating -not sure where they were getting in. A fly swatter would make a great addition! The communication was seamless and quick. I would highly recommend……
