Very popular country house in a quiet location with private swimming pool

If you are looking for tranquility, rest, relaxation, comfort, our charming country house with authentic decoration should meet your expectations.

It is located in Saint Martin de Goyne, 10 km from Lectoure, and 7 km from La Romieu and 10 km astaffort.

Grocery store on site with sale of fresh bread, open 5 mornings per week.

Not overlooked,

house and garden overlooking a private field belonging to us, with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Gers hillsides and view of Lectoure and the Pyrenees (if the weather is clear)

You can enjoy this view from inside the house no matter where you are.

You will have the pleasure of enjoying the private swimming pool (buried shell 6m50 x 3.5 by 1.50m deep, with secure tarpaulin for children)

Remote happiness (but everything you need)
This property is all about the view from the swimming pool and seating area. It is just stunning! It is remote but the village has a shop that is open some days of the week. There is a village tennis court a 2 minute or less walk away. You can drive in 10 mins to a really nice small town where you can get everything you need. There is lots to see and do. The small village where the house is good enough for a former French president… and we could see why. I wish we had stayed longer and look forward to going again

lovely Gite
The house and surroundings are lovely, very comfortable, nice pool. Our only issue was the owner gave us the wrong contact number for the caretaker (she added an extra digit by mistake) which as we did not speak french and they did not speak English was a bit of a challenge to sort out, and by the time we got this sorted she could not meet us till 6pm which was a bit late, 4pm would have been much better

Très jolie maison perdue dans la campagne gersoise
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Stephanie et Sebastien. Le plus indéniable, au delà de la piscine privée, la vue sur la campagne gersoise et aucun vis à vis. Une super adresse !

Tranquilité et panorama naturel
Accueil parfait de Stéphanie. Tout correspond à l'annonce. Maison très bien equipée et fonctionnelle décorée avec goût. Espace extérieur très agréable. Superbe vue avec paysage évoluant avec la météo. On ne voit ni entend les voisins. Attention seulement au manque de visibilité en sortant de la cour (engins agricoles qui roulent vite).

Séjour Saint-Martin de Goyne
Excellent séjour , tout était parfait, nous avons passé un séjour dans un environnement très paisible et avons profité pleinement de la pisicine. La maison est très agréable et rien ne manque en terme de matériel (ustensiles de cuisine, produits ménagers, matériels pour la piscine). Un grand merci à Véronique pour son accueil bienveillant et à Stéphanie pour l'échange chaleureux à notre départ. Je recommande cette location et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente.
