Nice accommodation, don't recommend the restaurant
The accommodation was very good. The restaurant was expensive and the waiters inflexible. When we asked for a vegetarian option we were told the meat would be taken off the dish and more vegetables added! We had to send back the first plate of pork because we couldn't cut into it - neither could the waiter!

Nice place to stay
Hotel located in a beautiful castle with an enjoyable garden. The decoration is classy and modern, the staff is helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Nice place to visit the Pilat natural park or the cities of Lyon and Saint-Etienne.

Beautiful hotel on lovely grounds. The only negative was the man at the check-in desk. Although my husband speaks French, the clerk felt he had to get a young intern chef from the states to translate for him and us. The chef was a lovely young lady who put up with this, although I’m sure she had much to do in the kitchen. We were unable to eat in the restaurant because it’s booked for weeks in advance. It is a Michelin starred restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.

Étape lors d un voyage plus long. Très bel endroit, calme, belle rénovation et décoration. Personnel au top, petit dej parfait. Confort de la chambre nickel. Je le conseille sans hésiter.

Magnifique autant pour l'hôtel que pour la table
Séjour excellent. Très belle chambre, spacieuse. Nous connaissons l'éclosion depuis plusieurs années, mais c'est la première fois que nous restions à l'hôtel, et pour cause, nous habitons à seulement 15 min. Mais la nuit du 31, nous ne souhaitions pas prendre la voiture. Le repas du 31, excellent, tout était parfait.

Hotel convenable, tres propre, chambres confortables et spacieuses; le seul bémol est l isolation acoustique, les portes des chambres ont un jour de 3 cm laissant passer tout le bruit, dommage... Nous sommes aussi mal tombés car il y avait un groupe au restaurant, un calvaire le temps que tout le monde quitte le parking! autre bémol, nous avions demandé une reservation pour le restaurant via le site, jamais eu de réponse, et le soir apres 900 km de voiture, nou savons du ressortir car il n y avait pas moyen de diner sur place, c'est moyen...

Court et agréable séjour
Hôtel Château magnifique tout comme le parc. Check-in fermé avant 17h... petite attente en se promenant dans le parc. Très belle prestations, chambre triple très confortable dans un environnement atypique. Petite erreur au check out, madame a réglé le séjour alors qu'il avait été intégralement réglé via la plateforme hotels.com. Le personnel nous a immédiatement remis un chèque pour nous rembourser.
