TrÚs bon emplacement avec vue sur la place mais pas assez soigné
Contact trĂšs agrĂ©able avec propriĂ©taire et trĂšs bon avec la personne qui nous a accueilli. La Maison est bien placĂ©e, au calme avec vue mer. Le terrain qui pourrait ĂȘtre super n'est pas vraiment soignĂ© avec beaucoup d'encombrants (jouets cassĂ©s, outils, brouette, .... ) et des travaux en cours (arbres coupĂ©s, tas de cailloux pour la fosse,.... ). La terrasse en bois au pied de la place pourrait ĂȘtre superbe s'il y avait un carbet / toiture pour pouvoir en profiter et y dĂ©jeuner ou diner, avec une table et des chaises. La propretĂ© des chambres est trĂšs insuffisante en particulier dans les placard. Dans la cuisine, la plaque Ă  gaz est en fin de vie (2 feux poussifs marchent sur 4) ne permet pas de cuisiner correctement et il manque un vrai four. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur/congĂ©lateur est trĂšs bien. La porte coulissante de la salle d'eau est morte et ne pas avoir de WC en dehors de la salle d'eau n'est pas terrible. Cet hĂ©bergement pourrait ĂȘtre vraiment superbe avec quelques amĂ©nagements.

Cette propriété est formidable pour passer des vacances tranquilles. La végétation luxuriante nous met d'office dans l'ambiance tropicale. Bien équipée, spacieuse, seul bmol serviettes de bain insuffisante.

TrĂšs belle propriĂ©tĂ© en bord de mer (quelle vue depuis la superbe terrasse privĂ©e !). TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e spacieuse et idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour explorer le nord ouest de l’üle.
