A modern building, divided into 4 rented properties, in a quiet cul-de-sac, where you can see the sea. A terraced gite, between 2 others. Well-situated 500m from the sea and village centre of St-Quay-Perros. Shops and centre of Perros-Guirec 2km. Trestraou and Trestignel beaches 3km.

Très jolie maison
Belle location dans un quartier résidentiel,au calme et à l'écart de la ville,à quelques centaines de mètres du port,à moins de 5 minutes des commerces et hypermarchés.Une des meilleures locations depuis que nous passons par Abritel(une quinzaine de locations déjà)et que dire des sites visités,de Ploumanac'h à Trégastel et cette magnifique côte de granit rose.Vivement recommandé
