Living room with television and French doors opening onto a charming covered terrace with sea and golf course views.  
Open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, bean-to-cup coffee maker, kettle, griddle, air fryer, crockery, vacuum cleaner, and Wi-Fi.  
Large private terrace with outdoor furniture.  
Air conditioning, access to swimming pools, and parking included.

Living room: 2 sofa beds (1 seat each)

Bathroom with separate WC.

The holiday village of CAP ESTEREL nestles on the heights of Agay, charming town of Saint-Raphaël, located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez.  
Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Estérel Massif on a pedestrian area of more than 210 hectares, CAP ESTEREL is one of the largest holiday villages in Europe. It is one of the privileged holiday villages because it offers, in season, the services of a town in its own right: two supermarkets, a bakery, a tobacco press, restaurants-glaciers as well as various shops, activities, entertainment and shows.  
It will therefore seduce any family wishing to enjoy the pleasant Côte d'Azur climate, its breath-taking landscapes and its various activities.  
Both quiet and lively village. A village for the whole tribe.  
Nature lovers can enjoy hiking, biking or buggy rides at the village gates.  
Lazing enthusiasts will benefit from a privileged access to the beautiful swimming pools with views – including a heated pool, a wave pool, two with slides – and to the sea accessible by foot and small train (in season). Spa available for an additional fee.  
Sport fans will have the opportunity to have fun on the tennis, football and basketball courts. They can also discover activities such as paddle, water park, trapeze, golf with its 9 holes, parasailing, fitness, zumba, …  
The children will not be left out thanks to the activities proposed by the children’s clubs: magic carpet, treasure hunt, cinema, shows, circus, …  
Teenagers can also enjoy the teen club and its dedicated space.  
The village of CAP ESTEREL comes alive from April to November but remains open throughout the year to enjoy without counting.  
Each apartment has at least a terrace or a garden. Access to swimming pools included in your stay. Swimming pools open from April to October.
