The village of Saldenburg is located in the so-called “Dreiburgenland”, close to the Ilztal nature reserve, which was recently chosen as the River Landscape of the Year. Just 200 metres from the apartment you'll find several nice and diverse hiking trails. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private terrace and is located right on the edge of the forest. There is also a private sauna in the house that guests can use for a fee. Destinations such as the “Museumsdorf Bayerischer Wald” (5 km), the spa town of Eging am See (12 km), the western town Pullmann City (15 km) and the Bavarian Forest National Park (25 km) are within easy driving distance and worth a visit. The house features a sunbathing lawn with garden furniture, a covered barbecue and some play equipment.

Charming home, gracious hosts, neat and tidy.
Everything one would need was provided. The property would be delightful for children. We speak only English, the hosts spoke only German and Bavarian, so details to care for the house and travel advice was limited. Had a lovely time despite that little problem.

Fijn huis, prima uitvalsbasis
Wij logeerden hier met 6 volwassenen. Drie slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, aparte toiletten. Twee woonkamers, extra koelkast in de tweede woonkamer boven. Fijn plekje om buiten te zitten naast het huis, maar ook achter in de tuin is een fijne BBQ plek. En een zwembad! Heerlijk om even af te koelen. Wandelpaden starten in de achtertuin en aan de overkant van de weg. Wij hebben hier een fijn verblijf gehad.

Kürzester Urlaub den wir je hatten.
Wir haben die Doppelhaushälfte besichtigt und waren uns sehr schnell einig, dass diese für unseren Aufenthalt völlig ungeeignet ist. Unsere beiden Hunde konnten am Haus nur an der Leine geführt werden, da eine Katze mit im Haus lebt (Katzenklappe in der Tür zum Flur der gemieteten Wohnung). Das sind unsere Hunde so nicht gewohnt. Außerdem haben wir beide eine Katzenhaarallergie. Das ganze Haus hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und auch nach 30 Minuten durchlüften änderte sich dieses nicht. Wir haben uns dann verabschiedet und eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden.

Ruhe und Entspannung
Das Ferienhaus war räumlich grosszügig und hatte auch Rückzugsgebiete für die Teenies. Der Reinigungszustand des Objektes sowie die Ausstattung in der Küche waren beeindruckend. Wir verbrachten mehrere Tage auf Skiern im Bereich Waldhäuser und konnten uns abends in der zugehörigen Sauna entspannen. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Woche! Dank an unseren netten Gastgeber.

Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung
Wir waren 3 Paare und wurden von sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Gastgebern aufgenommen.Das Haus liegt zentral und man erreicht alle Attraktionen des Bayrischen Waldes recht schnell.Das Haus ist zwar schon älter,aber alles was man braucht ist da.Wenn wir wieder in den Bayrischen Wald kommen ist hier die erste Adresse.Nochmals Vielen Dank Familie Liebl

Herrlicher Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln
Das Ferienhaus selbst ist schön zwar alt aber doch mit Charme und sehr sauber. Ein Mangel war für uns, dass das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Durchgangsstraße liegt, der Garten nicht eingezäunt war und somit unsere Hunde nicht ohne Leine raus konnten.

schönes Haus mit top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, lässt aber kaum Wünsche offen. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien etc. entspricht einer normalen Wohnung und übertrifft eine herkömmliche Ferienwohnung deutlich. Der mit den Besitzern gemeinsam genutzte große Garten hat Sandkasten, Schaukel etc.und ist gerade auch für kleine Kinder toll. Im Hinblick auf einen absolut fairen Preis hinsichtlich Miete und Endreinigung ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar! Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, die beiden alten Röhrenfernseher gelegentlich gelegentlich gegen moderne Geräte auszutauschen, aber das ist wirklich nur eine Randnotiz. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Liebl!
