"The coffee machine did not work in the room and they couldn’t get it fixed. Nespresso has other machines that work. They got ripped off on the model in the hotel rooms. Everything else was great though."

"We actually choose this hotel because it has a pool. After touring almost the entire Republic of Ireland, I thought my granddaughters would like it. THEY DID! And the breakfast buffet was amazing!"

"Small rooms that are more affordable than other hotels work well for allowing every member of a family to have their own room, so just like home. Convenient to have canteen open for food and drink. Controllable lights and climate are excellent, as are shower options. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the prime Shopping and pub area of town, but just across the street from St Patrick’s cathedral, which is very nice and surrounded by a a beautiful park. "

"This hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything from bars to restaurants to tourist attractions. The hotel staff were great. They offered us ice cream and lollipops on arrival which was very kind. We also received a coupon for a free drink in the bar next door. "

"I can't recommend this location enough. We stayed five nights and we were completely comfortable. Great shower, comfy bed, and the kitchenette is so helpful when traveling for such a long time. The hotel staff was such a delight and Robin was particularly helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem with our room the first day, and she was so attentive, adjusting for and moving us to another room immediately and kindly arranging our taxi back to the airport for our trouble. The problem with the original room was fixed the next day so they have a great internal support for any problems that arise, even on a weekend. Overall, great location, we could walk anywhere we needed within a 20-minute radius, great restaurants, a grocery, and a convenience store a block or two away. Wifi was very reliable, though not secure. This was my first time staying with this chain, and I'm already planning on using them again for next summer's travel in Europe! A great choice for a home base in Dublin while venturing out for day trips as well as exploring the city. "
