However, what makes this property truly special is its terrace, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while admiring the view of the city. The communal area of ​​the property includes a swimming pool, perfect for those hot summer days when one wants to cool off without leaving the tranquility of home.
