This morning our family checked out the hotel, but we got bad / rude service by customer service named Ms. Papsy (wearing glasses, nose and earrings) We booked 3 nights for 2 rooms, 1 room for 2 people, 1 room for 3 people , we've paid online in full. When we checked out, we were billed for 1 extra bad 15 x 3 = 45, when we asked, he answered unfriendly as if everything had to be so, we asked for an explanation but answered with a shaking of his head as if we were children small which is easy to deceive. I have already paid for 3 people at a more expensive price, why do I have to pay extra bad again? I am very disappointed and I don't really recommend this hotel. If he has to lay it down in a friendly manner this is very good, but on the contrary he explained very rudely, I'm sure other customers will be disappointed with this kind of service. Until now I have not received an answer why we have to pay extrabed again? Please explain.
