Casa Serenidad is the perfect stay for your group trip to this beautiful and historic city! This spacious home has enough room for the entire family and a great back deck where you can sip your coffee while enjoying the koi pond or have a cocktail while relaxing in the hot tub.
It is located in a small quiet neighborhood with central access to:
10 min to Six Flags, La Cantera & The Rim
20 min to Sea World
25 min to Downtown, Riverwalk, Alamo & The Pearl

THE SPACE
This home is a convenient single-story with easy access to all areas.
The back deck has a serene koi pond where you can feed the fish, and a brand new hot tub ready for your family to relax after enjoying all our historical city has to offer.
The beautiful kitchen has a large marble countertop with barstools, all new stainless steel appliances, and kitchen essentials are provided.
The living room has a huge 75" Smart TV for movie night, and a designated desk area with high-speed internet for the family worker-bee.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 55" Smart TV, walk-in shower, double-vanities and walk-in closet.
Two of the guest rooms have queen beds, and last room has two twin beds.
Comfy memory foam mattresses provided in all bedrooms.
One Pack and Play, and one high chair are provided in the home for your little one.
One queen air mattress and extra sheets/blankets/pillows are also provided for extra guests.
There is one small step into the front enrty door but no other steps in the home.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas except the hallway closet and the garage which is used for owner storage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We invite our guests to help feed the fish during their stay, we all love full bellies!
Maintenance staff for the pond, hot tub, pest control, and lawncare may be on property from time-to-time.
All pets must be added to your reservation, pet fee does apply (see policies and rules), no unauthorized pets allowed.
