I enjoy the ability to walk out of my room to access the pool, however, it would be nice to have ground pavers so I didn't have to walk on the rocks. There was an email to ease check in, however, I did not receive confirmation that the room was ready until after I had already checked in.

Samantha morua one of the anagers from this location was absolutely amazing an so helpful with our stay including restraunts an local events!!!! Andres AKA Andy was amazing as well very punctual with his service an great conversation both of them made us an children feel welcomed we will most definitely be going back yo thus location in the near future they desrve to be recognized over all the staff was great

I did like all the staff and they were very helpful. Place was very welcoming. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the cut of time to buy alcohol in the little convent area. Texas stops selling at 1 am on Saturdays but cut of for hotel was i believe 12.

The staff offered no greeting when I arrived. My room was a barbecue company that started work before 6 o’clock in the morning and it was noisy. And lastly, they charge $15 to park in an uncovered outdoor parking lot. I was very disappointed in the property.

I apologize that you were not greeted as soon as you arrived and that you were placed on the noisier side of the building. I was rather disappointed about this hotel. Daily cleaning of the room was not performed. I informed the operation manager about the situation. No corrective action was taken during our stay. We do not believe we should be paying for our four day stay.

Room review
Our stay was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. If I could make a suggestion it would be the location of the T.V. to be changed. A stand in the upper corner of the room so you can look at it from the bed. Even a ceiling mount that could fold down and up would make it easier to watch. Otherwise the room was great. Loved the shower. Look forward to staying again.

King bed room, with night tables on both side, comfortable bed, fridge, microwaves, coffee pot option in room, patio doors for fresh air. Road construction in January added to congestion and noise but did not interfere with sleeping. Parking was extra. Good stay.

Their parking lot had gates which required a key card to access. Which was great as we wanted to make sure our car was safe. When we got there one of their gates was open and it was already late. When we asked the front desk if that gate would at some point get closed she said yes. We went back later in the night to check and it was still open. We asked the front desk again and this time she said that it had to remain open due to the street construction….

We were assigned a handicap room. Probably works great for those who experience mobility issues; however for us, the door to the bathroom was very wide; the coat hanger was lower than is usual and hit my upper arm. The bath counter top was very short (too accommodate a wheel chair to the commode) however I had to put my make up on the floor as no room on the countertop. The hotel was not full by any means and a traditional room would have been more comfortable for us.
