In San Antonio, as in most large cities, parking is valued at a premium, and fees are required for the upkeep of the parking areas. Great hotel! Was traveling (driving) from El Paso, TX arrived late and was just ready for a nice bed to crawl into. It was just that, VERY NICE! Upon walking into the hotel, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming compared to the hotel we had just left in Clint, TX. The hotel had a nice scent in the lobby area that was really pleasant. The bed was yummy, the shower was delicious. It was my first time in San Antonio and would have liked a good view out of my hotel window but all I got was a rooftop of A/C units. Don't get room 306 if you want a good view!

Large spacious rooms. Excellent pool. Generous staff. Lots of general maintenance needs—shower rods falling, missing trim on cabinetry with exposed nails, holes in walls from missing hooks, large stains on carpet, exposed screws in pool. Concerning for property that caters to families going to Sea World.

The hotel is inviting outside and very clean in the inside and smells clean and everything in its place chairs and tables in the dining area. We had booked the hotel thinking we would have to pay for parking because it was stated in the website but after checking in we got a free parking pass, that made it even better. Its in a great place and a circle K right next door and its pure convenience. It’s opened 24 hours with coffee and all snacks and gas. I would love to come back to it when visiting San Antonio.

I was impressed by the hotel upon my arrival. The front desk staff were very friendly. Checking in and out was very quick. When we walked into our room, I was hit with a very musty smell. It was bad! We had to open the patio door for awhile and let the room air out. The handle in the bathroom was loose. We didn’t discover that until we attempted to use it in the shower. The couch in the room had some very big stains. I was really surprised by the conditions of the room. Not sure I will stay at this location again.

The hotel is a solid affordable option. The lobby is nice the rooms are a bit tired (too soft mattresses, noise on lower floors facing the highway) but ok for the price. Coffee is not available after 10am.

I booked a day in advance just so I could check in early morning when arriving all to find out they had canceled my reservation. Not once did they communicate with me to let me know it was being canceled even tho I payed for it in advance. Had to called Expedia to have it resolved all to be able to check in close to 4PM. And to top it off I was still charged for both nights!
