Welcome to charming home in east side of San Antonio near downtown, nightlife like the riverwalk, restaurants and bars.

Centrally located- only ten to fifteen minutes to Downtown, the Riverwalk, the Alamo, Alamodome and Hemisfair.

Fifteen to twenty minutes from San Antonio Airport, the San Antonio Zoo, the Pearl and the Quarry shopping center.

8 minutes away from frost bank center.

Twenty-five minutes to SeaWorld and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

This 1950s home was just renovated is fully furnished, has all new appliances and offers fast WiFi 393 mbps.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, desk with chair perfect for work or schooling and baby playpen in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and sleeper sofa in living room.

50” Smart TVs in both bedrooms, 55” Smart TV in living room and Netflix is included.

The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for long/short-term vacation rental. Also provide Starbucks coffee, creamer, sugar and tea during your stay.

The backyard has a patio with bbq smoker, solar string lights, hammock, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy outdoor night (firewood can be provided or you can bring your own)

Perfect Hideaway
We opted to take the kids and our dog to San Antonio for a few days for spring break. This location was perfectly centered close to downtown and also not too far from Fiesta Texas. It was perfectly cared for and gave us a great sanctuary for a few days. Large backyard for the kids and dog to runaround and burn off some energy.

We had a great stay and the owner was very helpful and provided all information needed prior to our arrival. Property was very clean and seemed to have been recently updated. The hot tub was definitely a plus after a long day spent at Sea World in the rain! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in San Antonio! Jonathan was an extremely responsive host and the check-in instructions were concise and easy to follow. The home was clean and cozy, perfect for the family, and the neighbor was nice. Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend!!

Super clean, newly totally remodeled
If super clean is what you are looking for, this is the place for you--everything was spotless and appears brand new. Totally fenced in backyard was an added plus if you are bringing a pet. Location was great for getting everywhere. It's an older neighborhood--some newly remodeled homes (like this one) and some older. It was nice having the driveway to park in with easy access to the home. And, the neighbor was very friendly-sweet lady!. Jonathon was extremely quick and helpful with all responses and made everything easy and seamless, from check-in until we left. Thanks Jonathon! (Jonathon--really, really minor suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom so there is a place to hang towels, clothes, etc.)
