The staff here were incredibly helpful! The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. It is relatively short drive to downtown so I thought it was conveniently located. Downside is the neighborhood was not very walkable but I appreciated the free dinner, drinks and breakfast!

I don't understand all the positive reviews for this hotel - it was noisy, the bed was hard and wobbly - it shook every time someone slammed a door and as a woman travelling alone, I generally felt unsafe in the hotel. The room smelled and the fixtures and fittings were sad and old. The positive was the lovely young woman at the front desk.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were all polite, from front desk to the dining area. The room was clean and comfortable. The kickback was delicious as well as the breakfast. We are never disappointed when we stay at a Drury.

This property was far above our expectations. It was as quick drive to get on major highways going all directions but yet it was quiet. The rooms were large, the daily breakfast had great hot food as well as cold options, the evening reception had a great meal provided including free drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were CLEAN! We will search out this brand in our future travels.

I liked the overall stay and the easy parking. The room was warm when needed, aswell as clean. There was a lot of leaves and trash in the entry way but that time of night and weather conditions it was understandable. The spa could golf been hotter but given the weather conditions it was understandable. I thank the facility and the staff for the welcome and the stay.

Great place. Safe with food nearby. Only complaint was the bed was hard. Invest in new pillow top mattresses. These new styles are just trendy. Appreciate the free/no parking fees for covered parking.

Honestly you cant go wrong with this hotel. Nothing to complain about. All staff is super friendly and helpful. No one shows signs of fatigue and always have a smile.

You'll love this place!
My husband and I love this hotel! We stay here every time we have to stay overnight in San Antonio. I sometimes have doctors appointments back to back so it's necessary to stay overnight. It's very close to my doctor's and the staff is so nice and accommodating. You also get free food and drinks at night and free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is a real one, not just donuts and cereal! Love this place!
