The location was great! Right across the street from the Waterfront park, and a block from the metro. Walkable to Little Italy, and anywhere around the waterfron. And considering the proximity to the train and the airport, it was amazingly quiet. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Biggest complaint was the elevators were out of order, only one working, which required using the stairs behind the office to get to the room, or to wait for a very long time for full elevators. Stairway access to the parking garage didn't exist -- one had to walk down the car ramp, and then up the garage stairs. Or wait for that one elevator -- that hotel staff also had to use to move their carts. On the good side --- very easy to get your steps in.

This most recent stay and two years ago only one of three elevators were working. Stairs not arranged to work conveniently, especially to garage. Will not stay again unless resolved.

Hotel looks better inside than outside. They charge you for parking $50 per night. Although it’s a parking with roof, I think $50 is a lot when the stay already isn’t that cheap.

There was only one elevator working. We parked in the garage and had to wait like 10 mins for the elevator to finally come down to the garage. On the floor we stayed on, the AC wasn't working in the hallway. We took the stairs to get to the lobby because the elevator was taking forever and the stairs took us outside in the back of the hotel. We had to navigate to the front of the building. The AC was working in the room but it was making a noise all night. I would not stay here again.

The location and staff were amazing! The only issue was with the elevator working intermittently. We checked out Tuesday July 9th and there were technicians there working on the elevator’s issue, so that is definitely a good sign. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be near the Midway Museum and Little Italy. There were plenty of food options in walking distance and it was a kid and pet friendly area.

There are three elevators but only one was working also limited six occupancy. The signs show stairway suppose lead to lobby but some was end up to out side building. The time was check in no one had inform us about the problem. Need more customer service orientation
