My whole experience here was terrible. There was no self park option and no parking anywhere close by so we had to do valet which was $45 a night. Upon checking in we arrived 30 mins early in hopes our room would be ready by 4pm… we didn’t get our room till 5pm. I was in SD for my birthday celebration and due to this delay missed my dinner reservation and had to go elsewhere. Then my room reservation came with snacks and drinks and when we went to claim those the man Larry who worked the night shift was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. He basically said because I booked through Expedia that my money wasn’t good enough and there was no possible way my room could have came with snacks and a drink, as if because I booked with Expedia that I was too broke for that option. He then tried to intimidate my company and I and basically told us to put the snacks back or else. When I attempted to show Larry the reservation he didn’t even look at it he said nope you booked through Expedia. Well we finally left back to our room after getting security called on us and Larry making it a big deal and embarrassing me in front of my company and other guests. 10mins later this ignorant, unprofessional, miscreant calls my room to explain he decided to look up the reservation and indeed my room did come with snacks and drinks and that I, ME !! Could go back down to the lobby to get them if I wanted….
I paid for a harbor view room and it was so worth the extra couple dollars! The view was amazing! The room was nice and clean, we had two queen beds(they were comfortable), the room had a small microwave and refrigerator in the room which was nice. The area around the hotel was nice and I felt safe even though it was just myself and 3 kids. The only thing I wish was a little clearer when booking was they only had valet parking which was $45 a night. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely use this hotel again.

First off, I wasn’t aware that VALET was the only option to park my car. It was automatically added to my bill $40.
I had to wait awhile to check out however, there were 2 employees at the counter who didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting.
While I was in the room, I tried using the Keurig but the coffee maker did not work. I made several attempts to contact the front desk without any success.
Overall, I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel in the future.
