Front desk had a hard time locating our reservation, had to show reservation on our phone, driver's license, still hard to find, it was under Leon, not de leon. They blamed Expedia for that. While taking a shower, the handle of faucet came off, the outlet to plug for charger won't work, the person at desk kept too long to help other customers
