“Excellent buffet breakfast with wide ranging choice including kids buffet. Staff lovely and friendly and good choice of amenities including table tennis tables, pools, fitness classes. Gym superb overlooking the ocean! ”

“Very nice hotel, staff very helpful. Initially I had a room on the 1st floor but, early morning this was quite noisy due to proximity to the pool pump room etc, I requested another room and got a room on the 6th floor much better and good view of the sea, this was excellent service from the staff. The breakfast had a good choice of the usual and the made tp order omlettes were lovely how ever, the evening meal was not that good, reasonsble choice but not well cooked and lacked seasoning, shame……

“Ho trovato tutti i servizi in linea alla categoria dell’albergo, come fiore all’occhiello mi sento di citare la cucina del ristorante per varietà e qualità, complimenti perché raramente strutture con così tanti clienti riescono ad avere questo livello nella ristorazione. Ottimi anche gli spazi destinati ai più piccoli, nostro figlio di 15 mesi ringrazia per il divertimento!”

“Das Hotel wurde in einem tollen Boho-Stil renoviert und bietet eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, es wird immer aufgefüllt. Die Umgebung ist grandios, das Meer ist so nah und auch die Dünenlandschaft mit dem roten Berg im Hintergrund versprüht eine magische Wirkung. Da viele Sportler im Hotel zu Gast sind, ist die Atmosphäre sehr locker mit einem coolen Surf-Vibe. Das Essen im Hito 257 ist ein Muss,……

“I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo hotel in Tenerife and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who brought so much energy and fun to each day, and the bar staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and quick with a smile. There was always something going on for those who wanted to get involved, from activities during the day to lively evening entertainment, but it never felt……

“Great apartment for family, kids enjoyed pool, ping pong and mini golf. Used it as a base to visit the island with a car.”

“Tutto bene, lo consiglio, anche se qualche dettaglio si può migliorare. Personale gentile e simpatico. Si trova a Guaza, vicino Los Cristianos con bus (imparate come funzionano) passano spesso in tutte le direzioni. Colazione non provata”
