“I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.”

“Room, bathroom and corridors was clean. Great location for beach and shops. The cleaning lady was friendly as I passed by. I reserved a room for a night and the communications are in spanish and there is no translate option. I recieved check in instructions instantly but did not recieve the link to complete passport registration and entry code. I then communicated through WhatsApp and recieved the link 2 hours later. “No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. “The accommodation was superb, it was huge. Amazing fully furnished blacony with sunbeds and hot tub. It had everything you needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, 2 powerful showers, enormous bed and jet bath in the bedroom. There is an onsite restaurant and bar. Its perfect if you have rented a car. Lots of free parking outside. If you dont have a car its a very steep walk, we struggled and we are walkers. However a cab is only 5 euros from town Wifi included but not great. Was ok for me but……
