"Very clean. There’s people cleaning all the time. The kitchen is basic but has a toaster oven and a gas stovetop. I think you can drink the water from the tap I’ve been doing that. The private room was nice it has a big fan and a tv with cable channels mostly in spanish. The staff don’t speak much English but they are really friendly. "Expedia did not accurately describe the rooms. Smh I got there they said that the room that I booked was shared amongst other people.Never gave me a refund.The staff was helpful though "

"Amazing place to stay and make friends. There is always something to do since the Hostel hosts a variety of events of all types from tours to hikes to dance lessons or parties. The location is great and there’s countless options for food and the metro station is just a few min walking. Last but not least the staff was amazing, very attentive and super friendly which created a family like environment that I enjoyed. I would highly recommend staying at Los Patios!"

"No AC… and very loud music playing till after 1am. You can hear the music from the downstairs lounge as well as the next door nightclub. Had to keep the windows open as it was hot and again, no AC. There was also construction going on nearby that started very early in the morning around 7am, couldn’t sleep through it. At checkout, we saw the front desk offer a fan to other incoming guests but this was not advised to us at our check in. location was good though. "

"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

L'hôtel est dans une rue calme du beau quartier Laureles. C'est propre, les parties communes sont bien équipées, l'ambiance est très conviviale et on croise des voyageurs de toutes nationalités. "The staff are absolutely wonderful!!!!! Every morning they greet you and remember your name. Every evening they would ask how my day was and what adventures I had. I absolutely loved it!!! Sadly my trip was cut short due to my heart problems and I left three days early. BUT!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
